BSM Shipping & Returns Policies

BSM EXHAUST WORKS SHIPPING POLICY:

BSM Exhaust Works uses two shipping methods: UPS ground for drop shipment of most purchased items, and UPS, USPS or Fed Ex for in stock and special-order items. In stock items will ship in 2-4 business days but please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to your door. For drop ship items please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail is the preferred method of shipping to the 48 Continental United States for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, for in stock items we offer UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3rd Day Select.

In certain instances depending upon shipping location/destination, it may be necessary to ship via FedEx, Yellow, or other common carriers. However, if this is in lieu of the customer selected method, there will be no additional charge to the customer without the customer's prior approval.  Also, shipping charges may change depending upon available shipping methods and other circumstances. In such cases, you will be contacted for your prior approval before shipment occurs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will normally receive e-mail notification along with the order tracking number. Orders shipped directly from manufacturers may not have tracking numbers immediately available.

BSM EXHAUST WORKS RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are dissatisfied with an order, or you receive your item in damaged condition and would like to return or exchange it, please e-mail or call our Returns / Exchange Department within 10 days from the date you received the product to obtain an RGA (return goods authorization) number and information sheet. BSM Exhaust Works accepts returns and exchanges on most products accept electrical items or products marked otherwise. BSM Exhaust Works may impose a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the price of the product in such case you will be informed of the fee amount at the time of the return goods authorization.

All items being returned must be in new condition (unless received damaged) with all the original parts and accessories etc. present and in its original packaging, within thirty (30) days after receipt of RGA number. After 30 days returns will be accepted at the discretion of BSM Exhaust Works. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. However, BSM Exhaust Works will pay or reimburse the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. All items returned in non-resalable condition, or have missing parts upon inspection will be charged an additional fee, at BSM Exhaust Works discretion.
